Pantone of the Year: Mocha Mousse:

Harnessing a sensory richness with furniture and furnishings.
If you’ve been closely following the design movement, you already know the luxurious Pantone of the year. Pantone 17-1230, Mocha Mousse features an elevated shade of taupe with just
enough warmth to imbue a signature shade of elegance to any room.
We’ve seen a sensory explosion in the realm of neutrals, where formerly blah tones have
become tonal, high end, and optimized with rich textures or finishes.
Mousse textiles.

Venturing deeper from traditional and timeless whites, the more practical and just as neutral hues of sand and mousse play a pivotal role in the fabrics of our lives. With designers turning to neutral palettes in rich textures, soft suedes, and complementing decor pieces, mocha has become the new neutral. Clients are appreciating the distinctive subtle hues of beige, offset with pops of ivory and snippets of boucle to provide the layering effect within the absence of color. Rather than clutter the sofas, we’re seeing a nod toward simplicity with beautifully bare sofas that celebrate the curvature of the seating, rather than cluttering them.
Neutral woods.

Our exquisitely crafted custom furniture line has seen a steady stream of trend dipping in the lighter tones and we’re loving the results. From tonal mousse woods to lacquered mocha edges, we’ve been creating some iconic pieces with clever paneling and luxury brass elements that uplift the standard neutrals.
Monochromatic moods.

With the color community studying the relationship between color and culture, the color of the year has deeply impacted mood boards and most iconic celebratory design statements for 2025 and we are pleased to have gotten onto the bandwagon with a collection of truly upscale and toned down monochromatic themes for our clients and design partners.
